Processing and Delivery Schedule: Every order requires an internal handling window of 2 business days for packaging and corroboration. Local courier transit takes an additional 1 to 2 business days. The total timeframe from order placement to final delivery stands at 3 to 4 business days.
Accuracy of Delivery Information: Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate recipient details at checkout, including building name, floor number, street address, and active telephone contact. Curatofortunex is not responsible for transit delays resulting from missing or inaccurate address information provided during checkout.

Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change after an order is placed online. We provide a clear cancellation framework based on our fulfillment schedule:

Cancellation Window: Customers may request an order cancellation only while the order remains in our internal handling phase, before it has been dispatched from our facility.
Dispatch Timeline: Internal handling and packaging require 2 business days. Once this 2 business days window closes and the item is handed over to the local courier network, the order cannot be canceled.

Post-Dispatch Handling: If your package has already exited our facility after the 2 business days preparation period, the order must be delivered, and any subsequent resolution must be handled through our standard Return and Refund Policy.

Return, Exchange, and Refund Framework

Curatofortunex maintains a straightforward return structure to address damaged or incorrect items upon delivery.

30-Day Window: Return requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of package delivery.
Acceptable Grounds: Returns are accepted if the handbag arrives damaged or if an incorrect product was delivered by mistake.
Return Costs: Return pickups are arranged at zero cost to the customer. We do not charge restocking fees or handling costs.
Pickup Coordination: Upon acceptance of a return request, our support team coordinates a home pickup from your designated location in Hong Kong.

Transfer Timelines: Bank payouts are initiated by our team within 1 business day after receiving valid account details. Actual reflection in your account may take between 9 to 10 business days depending on your bank's internal operational routines.
